By downloading, accessing, or using the Zero Power Station App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We collect information that you provide directly to us, as well as data when you use our App and physical Zero Power Station vending massage chair services. The types of personal data that we collect include, but are not limited to, your name, e-mail address, mobile phone number, profile details, transaction information, wallet and payment-related information, and payment details processed through third-party payment gateways (where applicable).

Reason for Personal Data Collection

We collect and process your personal data for purposes including, but not limited to:

Process your request to purchase our product/service.

Issue, manage and verify free credits, vouchers, rewards and promotional benefits.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for up to seven (7) years or for as long as your account remains active. If you close your account, we will securely delete your personal data, except where retention is required by applicable tax or financial laws.

Subject to applicable laws and any applicable exceptions, you may have the right to:
